ITBP PET Details (Physical Efficiency Test)

The PET is qualifying in nature, and candidates must clear this test to proceed further.

Male Candidates

• Race: 1.6 km in 7.5 minutes
  Long Jump: 11 feet (3 chances)
  High Jump: 3.5 feet (3 chances)

Female Candidates

• Race: 800 meters in 4.5 minutes
  Long Jump: 9 feet (3 chances)
  High Jump: 3 feet (3 chances)
  Exemptions

Ex-servicemen are exempted from the PET but must appear for the Physical Standard Test (PST).

ITBP Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be done through the following stages:

• PET /PST
• Written test.
• Document Verification (DV)
• Final Merit List

How To ITBP Admit Card 2025

Candidates can download ITBP Admit Card 2025  by following these steps:

• Visit ITBP’s official website, recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in.
• On the home page, navigate to the “Login” area.
• Enter your login information, such as email address and password.
• You will get a list of all the recruitments for which you have applied.
• Then, click on the “My Application” link provided.
• Click on the “Admit Card” link that appears in front of each post.
• When the admit card for that post is released, the “Admit Card” link tab will turn green.
• Your admissions card will be displayed on the screen. Download and print for future reference.
