Eligibility Criteria of CRPF Recruitment

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 to 23 years as on 15.02.2024.
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
# UR: 5 years
# SC/ST: 5+5 years
# OBC/ MOBC: 5+3 years

Educational Qualification: 
Candidates must have passed 10th exam or equivalent exam from a recognized Board/ University.
Sports Qualification:

A meritorious athlete who has competed for a state or nation in any official national championship, junior or senior, or international competition held under the auspices of the relevant Federation or association approved by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports or organised by the Indian Olympic Association within the last three years, from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023.

merit-based athletes who have competed for their institution in the last three years, from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023, in the A11 India Inter-institution Tournaments organised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Meritorious athletes that have competed for the state school team in the last three years, from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023, in national school games organised by the School Games Federation of India (SGFD).
